Peach and Blueberry Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 300 g thick yoghurt
  • 100 ml filtered water
  • 30 g oats
  • 20 g chia seeds

Toppings

  • peaches
  • blueberries
  • chia seeds
  • bee pollen

Preparation

  1. Mix 300 g thick yoghurt with 100 ml filtered water and 30 g oats and 20 g chia seeds in a small container with a lid.

  2. Put the container in the fridge overnight so that the mixture can soak up the liquid.

  3. Transfer the mixture to a bowl in the morning.

  4. Top it with some peaches, blueberries, more chia seeds and bee pollen.
