Peach and Blueberry Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- 300 g thick yoghurt
- 100 ml filtered water
- 30 g oats
- 20 g chia seeds
Toppings
- peaches
- blueberries
- chia seeds
- bee pollen
Preparation
Mix 300 g thick yoghurt with 100 ml filtered water and 30 g oats and 20 g chia seeds in a small container with a lid.
Put the container in the fridge overnight so that the mixture can soak up the liquid.
Transfer the mixture to a bowl in the morning.
Top it with some peaches, blueberries, more chia seeds and bee pollen.
