Apple, Flaxseed, and Chia Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- 300 g thick yoghurt
- 150 ml filtered water
- 20 g chia seeds
- 10 g ground flaxseeds
- 20 g rolled oats

- Apple
- Ground flaxseeds
- Chia seeds
- Rolled oats
- Optional sweetener
Preparation
Mix 300 g thick yoghurt, 150 ml filtered water, 20 g chia seeds, 10 g ground flaxseeds, and 20 g rolled oats in a small container with a lid.
Place the container in the refrigerator overnight to allow the mixture to thicken.
Transfer the mixture to a bowl and top with cubed apple, additional ground flaxseeds, chia seeds, and rolled oats. Add sweetener if desired.
