Apple, Flaxseed, and Chia Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 300 g thick yoghurt
  • 150 ml filtered water
  • 20 g chia seeds
  • 10 g ground flaxseeds
  • 20 g rolled oats

Toppings

  • Apple
  • Ground flaxseeds
  • Chia seeds
  • Rolled oats
  • Optional sweetener

Preparation

  1. Mix 300 g thick yoghurt, 150 ml filtered water, 20 g chia seeds, 10 g ground flaxseeds, and 20 g rolled oats in a small container with a lid.

  2. Place the container in the refrigerator overnight to allow the mixture to thicken.

  3. Transfer the mixture to a bowl and top with cubed apple, additional ground flaxseeds, chia seeds, and rolled oats. Add sweetener if desired.
