Apple Kiwi and Raisins Chia Pudding

Ingredients

  • 300 g thick yogurt
  • 150 ml filtered water
  • 30 g chia seeds
  • apple
  • kiwi
  • raisins
  • optional sweetener

Preparation

  1. Mix 300 g thick yogurt with 150 ml filtered water and 30 g chia seeds in a small container with a lid.

  2. Place the container in the refrigerator overnight to allow the chia seeds to soak up the liquid.

  3. In the morning, transfer the mixture to a bowl.

  4. Top with cubed apple, sliced kiwi, and raisins.

  5. Add sweetener if desired.
