Apple Kiwi and Raisins Chia Pudding
Ingredients
- 300 g thick yogurt
- 150 ml filtered water
- 30 g chia seeds
- apple
- kiwi
- raisins
- optional sweetener
Preparation
Mix 300 g thick yogurt with 150 ml filtered water and 30 g chia seeds in a small container with a lid.
Place the container in the refrigerator overnight to allow the chia seeds to soak up the liquid.
In the morning, transfer the mixture to a bowl.
Top with cubed apple, sliced kiwi, and raisins.
Add sweetener if desired.
