Apples, Peanuts and Cinnamon Chia Pudding

Ingredients

  • 300g thick yoghurt
  • 150ml filtered water
  • 30g chia seeds

Toppings

  • apple
  • roasted peanuts
  • cinnamon
  • sweetener (optional)

Preparation

  1. Mix 300g thick yoghurt with 150ml filtered water and 30g chia seeds in a small container with a lid.

  2. Refrigerate overnight to allow the chia seeds to absorb the liquid.

  3. Transfer the mixture to a bowl in the morning.

  4. Top with cubed apple, roasted peanuts, cinnamon, and optional sweetener.
