Apples, Peanuts and Cinnamon Chia Pudding
Ingredients
- 300g thick yoghurt
- 150ml filtered water
- 30g chia seeds
Toppings
- apple
- roasted peanuts
- cinnamon
- sweetener (optional)
Preparation
Mix 300g thick yoghurt with 150ml filtered water and 30g chia seeds in a small container with a lid.
Refrigerate overnight to allow the chia seeds to absorb the liquid.
Transfer the mixture to a bowl in the morning.
Top with cubed apple, roasted peanuts, cinnamon, and optional sweetener.
