Simple Healthy Apple Cinnamon Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen cauliflower rice
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 serving @lovecomplement protein
  • 1 small apple
  • 1 cup nondairy milk

Preparation

  1. Heat the cauliflower rice in the microwave for 1 minute.

  2. Add the oats, flax, chia seeds, cinnamon, protein powder, and chopped apple to the cauliflower rice and stir to combine.

  3. Add the nondairy milk and stir, then set the oats in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight.

  4. When you’re ready to eat, stir and add a bit more milk if needed to get a texture you like. Add toppings of your choice and enjoy!
