Simple Blueberry Cinnamon Oats
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
- 1 cup hot water
- 1 serving @lovecomplement protein
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup thawed frozen blueberries
Preparation
Mix the oats and flaxseed.
Heat up the water for 1 minute in the microwave then carefully pour over the oats, cover with a plate and set aside for 1-2 hours.
Mix in the protein powder and cinnamon, then top with blueberries.
