Simple Blueberry Cinnamon Oats

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 1 serving @lovecomplement protein
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup thawed frozen blueberries

Preparation

  1. Mix the oats and flaxseed.

  2. Heat up the water for 1 minute in the microwave then carefully pour over the oats, cover with a plate and set aside for 1-2 hours.

  3. Mix in the protein powder and cinnamon, then top with blueberries.
