Quick Instant Oats Breakfast with Chia Seeds

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup quick oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1-2 dates diced
  • 3/4 cup hot water

Preparation
