Overnight Oats for University Breakfast

Ingredients

  • Rolled oats
  • Greek yoghurt
  • Ground ginger and cinnamon
  • Diced apple
  • Chia seeds
  • Flaxseed
  • Pumpkin and sunflower seeds
  • Peanut butter
  • Cacao nibs

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients in a container

  2. Mix well until evenly distributed

  3. Cover and refrigerate overnight for at least 8 hours

  4. In the morning, stir and serve cold or at room temperature
