Overnight Oats for University Breakfast
Ingredients
- Rolled oats
- Greek yoghurt
- Ground ginger and cinnamon
- Diced apple
- Chia seeds
- Flaxseed
- Pumpkin and sunflower seeds
- Peanut butter
- Cacao nibs
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a container
Mix well until evenly distributed
Cover and refrigerate overnight for at least 8 hours
In the morning, stir and serve cold or at room temperature
