Cinnamon Apple Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- 1 apple
- 60g rolled oats
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- cinnamon
- sweetener of choice
- optional walnuts or other nuts or seeds
- 200-300ml milk or water
Preparation
Cut an apple into small dices.
Optionally, fry the apple pieces in cinnamon, vanilla, and water until soft.
In a bowl, add rolled oats, chia seeds, cinnamon, sweetener of choice, the apple pieces, and optional walnuts or other nuts or seeds.
Add milk or water to cover the mixture and mix well.
Place in the refrigerator and let sit for 1-2 hours or overnight.
Top with peanut butter or nuts and serve.
Tips
Granny Smith or Pink Lady apples are recommended for their crispness and flavor.
