Apple Cinnamon Porridge with Nutty Toppings
Ingredients
- 1 grated apple
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- Handful of sultanas
Toppings
- Hot chia blueberries
- Walnuts
- Mixed seeds
Preparation
Cook the porridge base according to package instructions or with water and oats.
Grate one apple.
Add the grated apple, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, and a handful of sultanas to the porridge and cook until done.
Heat the chia blueberries until hot.
Top the cooked porridge with the hot chia blueberries, walnuts, and mixed seeds.
