Apple Cinnamon Porridge with Nutty Toppings

Ingredients

  • 1 grated apple
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Handful of sultanas

Toppings

  • Hot chia blueberries
  • Walnuts
  • Mixed seeds

Preparation

  1. Cook the porridge base according to package instructions or with water and oats.

  2. Grate one apple.

  3. Add the grated apple, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, and a handful of sultanas to the porridge and cook until done.

  4. Heat the chia blueberries until hot.

  5. Top the cooked porridge with the hot chia blueberries, walnuts, and mixed seeds.
