Apple Cinnamon Zucchini Steel Cut Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup steel cut oats
  • water
  • cinnamon
  • 1/2 zucchini
  • apple
  • maple syrup

Optional toppings

  • greek yogurt
  • craisins
  • butterscotch chips

Preparation

  1. Boil water in a pot.

  2. Add the steel cut oats, grated zucchini, chopped apple, cinnamon, and maple syrup.

  3. Mix well and cook for 20 minutes.

  4. Serve with greek yogurt, craisins, and optional butterscotch chips on the side.
