Quick Cinnamon Oat Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients

  • Quick steel cut oats
  • Water
  • Ground cinnamon
  • Half a grated zucchini
  • Yogurt
  • Frozen mixed berries
  • Frozen cherries
  • Greek yogurt
  • Sunbutter
  • Maple syrup

Preparation

  1. Combine quick steel cut oats, water, ground cinnamon, and half a grated zucchini in a bowl and refrigerate overnight.

  2. Microwave the oat mixture in the morning until heated through.

  3. Heat the frozen mixed berries and frozen cherries separately.

  4. Mix yogurt with the heated berries and cherries.

  5. Add the yogurt-berry mixture to the microwaved oats, along with Greek yogurt, sunbutter, and maple syrup, then stir well and serve.

Notes

  1. Microwave the oats in the morning if you prefer them warm instead of cold.
