Overnight Oats with Zucchini and Berries

Ingredients

  • Quick steel cut oats
  • Water
  • Cinnamon
  • Grated zucchini (half)
  • Greek yogurt
  • Frozen mixed berries
  • Sunbutter
  • Maple syrup

Preparation

  1. Mix oats with water and cinnamon, and let sit overnight.

  2. Microwave the oat mixture in the morning until heated through.

  3. Mix yogurt with heated frozen berries.

  4. Combine the yogurt mixture with the oats and add sunbutter and maple syrup.
