Baked Oatmeal with Yogurt and Berries
Ingredients
- 1 cup old-fashioned oats
- 1 cup vanilla oat milk
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 egg
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup
Optional toppings
- Greek yogurt
- Sunbutter
- Coconut chips
- Frozen mixed berries
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Grease a pan, such as a loaf pan.
Mix all the ingredients together.
Bake for 20 minutes or until a cake tester comes out clean.
Heat the frozen mixed berries until warm.
Top with Greek yogurt, sunbutter, coconut chips, and the heated berries.
Serve and enjoy.

You can use any type of milk or yogurt and any sweetener.
