Banana Bread Baked Oats

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 ripe bananas
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • dash of cinnamon
  • dash of salt
  • 1/2 cup dairy-free milk

Optional toppings

  • banana slices
  • peanut butter
  • chocolate chips
  • flakey salt

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until a runny batter forms.

  2. Transfer the batter to an oven-safe dish and top with banana slices if desired. Bake at 350°F for 30-35 minutes.

  3. Top with additional fresh banana slices, peanut butter, chocolate chips, and flakey salt if desired and enjoy.

Tips

  1. You can split the batter between two small bowls to make two servings or use a single larger bowl.
