Gingerbread Protein Baked Oats

Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup protein powder (substitute with more rolled oats)
  • 1 cup apple sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups almond milk
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup nut butter
  • 2 tbsp molasses
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp cloves
  • 1/2 tsp ginger

Optional

  • 1/4 cup granola

Preparation

  1. Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl.

  2. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.

  3. Bake at 325°F for 35-40 minutes until set.
