Gingerbread Protein Baked Oats
Ingredients
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup protein powder (substitute with more rolled oats)
- 1 cup apple sauce
- 1 1/2 cups almond milk
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup nut butter
- 2 tbsp molasses
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp cloves
- 1/2 tsp ginger
Optional
- 1/4 cup granola
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl.
Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
Bake at 325°F for 35-40 minutes until set.
