Healthy Blender Oatmeal Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 1 banana
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 cup non-dairy milk
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder

Optional add-ins

  • granola
  • chocolate chips

Preparation

  1. Blend the rolled oats, protein powder, banana, maple syrup, non-dairy milk, and baking powder until smooth.

  2. Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat.

  3. Pour the batter onto the pan to form pancakes.

  4. Cook until bubbles appear on the surface, then flip and cook until the other side is golden brown.
