Banana Protein Pancakes
Ingredients
- 1 cup Rolled Oats
- 1 scoop Protein Powder (@macr0mike - d/c “amb-han)
- 1 tbs Cacao Powder
- 1 Banana
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 2-3 tbs Almond Milk (as needed)
Preparation
Add rolled oats, protein powder, cacao powder, banana, baking powder, and 2-3 tablespoons of almond milk to a blender.
Blend the ingredients until smooth, adding more almond milk as needed to reach the desired pancake batter consistency.
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
Pour a portion of the batter onto the pan to form a pancake.
Cook until bubbles form on the surface of the pancake, then flip and cook the other side until golden brown.
Repeat the process with the remaining batter, adjusting the size of the pancakes according to your preference.
Stack the cooked pancakes on a plate.
