Banana Protein Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 Banana
  • 1 scoop Protein Powder (40g) [e.g., @macr0mike]
  • 400ml Almond Milk
  • 1 tsp Vegan Gelatine [e.g., @queenfinefoods jell-it-in from Woolworths]

Preparation

  1. Blend banana and protein powder with almond milk and then pour into a saucepan.

  2. Stir through vegan gelatine until it's dissolved.

  3. Bring to a boil and then leave to simmer for a minute.

  4. Pour into bowl/cup/ramekin and put in the fridge for a couple of hours to set.

  5. Serve with coconut yoghurt, fresh fruit, nuts, peanut butter, chocolate, etc.
