Banana Protein Pudding
Ingredients
- 1 Banana
- 1 scoop Protein Powder (40g) [e.g., @macr0mike]
- 400ml Almond Milk
- 1 tsp Vegan Gelatine [e.g., @queenfinefoods jell-it-in from Woolworths]
Preparation
Blend banana and protein powder with almond milk and then pour into a saucepan.
Stir through vegan gelatine until it's dissolved.
Bring to a boil and then leave to simmer for a minute.
Pour into bowl/cup/ramekin and put in the fridge for a couple of hours to set.
Serve with coconut yoghurt, fresh fruit, nuts, peanut butter, chocolate, etc.
