Peanut Butter Banana Baked Oats
Ingredients
- 1/2 Banana
- 1 tbs Protein Powder (@macr0mike - d/c "amb-han")
- 1/3 cup Oat Flour
- 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tbs Peanut Butter
- 1/3 cup Almond Milk
Preparation
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Add banana to a bowl and mash well.
Add remaining ingredients and stir until combined.
Pour into a ramekin and bake for 20 minutes.
Serve warm with extra peanut butter and peanuts on top.
Optional: can also be made in the microwave for around 1-2 minutes.
