Gooey Chocolate Protein Baked Oats
Ingredients
- 1/2 Banana
- 1/3 cup Oat Flour
- 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- 2 tbs Choc Protein Powder
- 1/4 cup Almond Milk
- Handful of Chocolate Chips
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
In a bowl, mash half a banana. Add oat flour, baking powder, and chocolate protein powder. Gradually incorporate almond milk until a thick batter forms.
Stir the mixture well until fully combined. Gently fold in the chocolate chips.
Pour the batter into a ramekin and bake for 15 minutes.
