Gooey Chocolate Protein Baked Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Banana
  • 1/3 cup Oat Flour
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 2 tbs Choc Protein Powder
  • 1/4 cup Almond Milk
  • Handful of Chocolate Chips

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.

  2. In a bowl, mash half a banana. Add oat flour, baking powder, and chocolate protein powder. Gradually incorporate almond milk until a thick batter forms.

  3. Stir the mixture well until fully combined. Gently fold in the chocolate chips.

  4. Pour the batter into a ramekin and bake for 15 minutes.
