Chunky Monkey Baked Oats Recipe ๐Ÿต๐ŸŒ

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Banana
  • 1/3 cup Oat Flour
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tbs Nut Butter (such as @macr0mike choc hazelnut)
  • 1/4 cup Almond Milk
  • Handful of Choc Chips and chopped Walnuts

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 180ยฐC (350ยฐF).

  2. Mash the banana in a bowl. Add oat flour, baking powder, nut butter, and almond milk. Stir to combine.

  3. Gently fold in the choc chips and chopped walnuts.

  4. Pour the mixture into a ramekin and bake for 15 minutes.
