Chunky Monkey Baked Oats Recipe ๐ต๐
Ingredients
- 1/2 Banana
- 1/3 cup Oat Flour
- 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tbs Nut Butter (such as @macr0mike choc hazelnut)
- 1/4 cup Almond Milk
- Handful of Choc Chips and chopped Walnuts
Preparation
Preheat oven to 180ยฐC (350ยฐF).
Mash the banana in a bowl. Add oat flour, baking powder, nut butter, and almond milk. Stir to combine.
Gently fold in the choc chips and chopped walnuts.
Pour the mixture into a ramekin and bake for 15 minutes.
