Biscoff Baked Oats with Almond Milk

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Oat Flour
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tbs Protein Powder (@macr0mike salted caramel - d/c "amb-han")
  • 1 tbs Biscoff Spread
  • 1 tsp Sweetener
  • 1/4 cup Almond Milk

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.

  2. Mix all ingredients together until a smooth batter forms.

  3. Pour into a ramekin. Optional but recommended, add an extra spoonful of Biscoff spread in the center.

  4. Bake for 15 minutes and serve with crushed biscuit on top.

  5. Alternatively, cook in the microwave for 1-2 minutes depending on desired gooeyness.
