Gooey Chocolate Banana Baked Oats
Ingredients
- 1/2 Banana
- 1/3 cup Oat Flour
- 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tbs Cacao Powder
- 1 tbs Protein Powder (@macr0mike Chocolate Fondant)
- 1/4 cup Almond Milk
- Handful of Chocolate Chips
Preparation
Preheat oven to 180°C (356°F).
Mash half a banana in a bowl. Add oat flour, cacao powder, and protein powder. Gradually mix in almond milk until a thick batter forms.
Stir the mixture well until fully combined, then fold in the chocolate chips.
Pour the batter into a ramekin and bake for around 15 minutes.* (Optionally serve with a drizzle of @macr0mike choc almond butter - d/c “amb-han”)
Depending on your desired gooeyness, you can slightly underbake it for a gooey top, while the rest bakes underneath.
