Gooey Chocolate Banana Baked Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Banana
  • 1/3 cup Oat Flour
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tbs Cacao Powder
  • 1 tbs Protein Powder (@macr0mike Chocolate Fondant)
  • 1/4 cup Almond Milk
  • Handful of Chocolate Chips

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (356°F).

  2. Mash half a banana in a bowl. Add oat flour, cacao powder, and protein powder. Gradually mix in almond milk until a thick batter forms.

  3. Stir the mixture well until fully combined, then fold in the chocolate chips.

  4. Pour the batter into a ramekin and bake for around 15 minutes.* (Optionally serve with a drizzle of @macr0mike choc almond butter - d/c “amb-han”)

  5. Depending on your desired gooeyness, you can slightly underbake it for a gooey top, while the rest bakes underneath.
