Hazelnut Cinnamon Baked Oatmeal with Crumble
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oatmeal
- 1/2 cup ground hazelnuts (or almond flour)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 tbsp nut butter
- 125ml plant-based milk
Topping
- Leftover kruidnoten (spice cookies)
- Hazelnuts
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
Mash or puree the banana and mix it with the other ingredients.
Divide the mixture into two small oven-safe dishes and sprinkle with crumbled kruidnoten and/or raw hazelnuts.
Bake for 20 minutes and enjoy.
