Hazelnut Cinnamon Baked Oatmeal with Crumble

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oatmeal
  • 1/2 cup ground hazelnuts (or almond flour)
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 tbsp nut butter
  • 125ml plant-based milk

Topping

  • Leftover kruidnoten (spice cookies)
  • Hazelnuts

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

  2. Mash or puree the banana and mix it with the other ingredients.

  3. Divide the mixture into two small oven-safe dishes and sprinkle with crumbled kruidnoten and/or raw hazelnuts.

  4. Bake for 20 minutes and enjoy.
