Chocolate Baked Protein Oats
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup gf oats
- 1/2 banana
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp cacao Reishi powder
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- Pinch salt
- 1/3 cup soy milk
Preparation
Preheat the air fryer for 3 minutes.
Spray or grease a large ramekin.
Add all ingredients to the ramekin.
Mash the banana with a fork and stir everything to combine. Alternatively, blend all ingredients together and pour into the ramekin.
Place the ramekin in the air fryer basket and cook for 10-12 minutes.
Allow it to cool slightly before eating.
