Chocolate Baked Protein Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup gf oats
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp cacao Reishi powder
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • Pinch salt
  • 1/3 cup soy milk

Preparation

  1. Preheat the air fryer for 3 minutes.

  2. Spray or grease a large ramekin.

  3. Add all ingredients to the ramekin.

  4. Mash the banana with a fork and stir everything to combine. Alternatively, blend all ingredients together and pour into the ramekin.

  5. Place the ramekin in the air fryer basket and cook for 10-12 minutes.

  6. Allow it to cool slightly before eating.
