Caramelized Banana Baked Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tsp ground flaxseed
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/3 cup almond milk

Preparation

  1. Bake the oats at 375 for 20ish minutes

  2. For the caramelized bananas

  3. Slice the other half of the banana and caramelize on medium heat with your choice of butter, coconut oil, etc and sprinkle with cinnamon. This should only take about 3 minutes on each side of the banana

  4. To finish, I topped my oats with @justins vanilla almond butter. These are so cozy & filling - the perfect fuel for my morning workout
