Cinnamon Apple Pumpkin Oatmeal
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Millville Old Fashioned Oats
- 1 scoop Elevation Protein Powder (flavor of your choice)
- 1 tbsp Simply Nature Chia Seeds (optional)
- 1 tsp Stonemill Pumpkin Pie Spice
- 3 tbsp pumpkin purée
- A pinch of salt
- 1 cup milk of choice
Toppings
- Apples
- Coconut oil
- Brown sugar or coconut sugar
- Cinnamon
- Peanut butter
- Granola
Preparation
Cube the apples.
In a pan, saute the cubed apples in coconut oil with brown sugar or coconut sugar and cinnamon until softened.
In a pot, combine all ingredients from the Ingredients section.
Bring the mixture to a boil on the stovetop.
Reduce heat and stir until thickened, about 5-7 minutes.
Serve the oatmeal topped with sauteed apples, peanut butter, and granola.
Notes
Prep time is approximately 5 minutes.
Cook time is 5-7 minutes.
Recipe yields 1 serving.
Chia seeds are optional and can be omitted.
