Cinnamon Apple Pumpkin Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Millville Old Fashioned Oats
  • 1 scoop Elevation Protein Powder (flavor of your choice)
  • 1 tbsp Simply Nature Chia Seeds (optional)
  • 1 tsp Stonemill Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 3 tbsp pumpkin purée
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1 cup milk of choice

Toppings

  • Apples
  • Coconut oil
  • Brown sugar or coconut sugar
  • Cinnamon
  • Peanut butter
  • Granola

Preparation

  1. Cube the apples.

  2. In a pan, saute the cubed apples in coconut oil with brown sugar or coconut sugar and cinnamon until softened.

  3. In a pot, combine all ingredients from the Ingredients section.

  4. Bring the mixture to a boil on the stovetop.

  5. Reduce heat and stir until thickened, about 5-7 minutes.

  6. Serve the oatmeal topped with sauteed apples, peanut butter, and granola.

  1. Prep time is approximately 5 minutes.

  2. Cook time is 5-7 minutes.

  3. Recipe yields 1 serving.

  4. Chia seeds are optional and can be omitted.
