Salted Peanut Butter Chocolate Caramelized Banana Oatmeal
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup gluten free oats
- 1 tbsp chia seeds or 1 tbsp ground flax seeds (optional)
- 1 heaping tbsp cacao powder
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon + a pinch of salt
- 1 scoop of protein of choice
- 1 cup milk of choice
Toppings
- Caramelized banana
- Raspberry
- Peanut butter
- Cinnamon
Preparation
Stir everything together in one pot.
Bring to almost boil, immediately turn down to simmer.
Stir frequently until thick and creamy.
Topping
Caramelize banana slices in a pan until golden.
Add fresh raspberry, peanut butter, and a sprinkle of cinnamon on top of the oats.
Tips
Using pea protein can make the oats thicker.
