Salted Pb&j Overnight Oats with Caramelized Bananas

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup gluten free oats
  • 2 tbsp PBFit powdered peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds and/or 1 tbsp ground flax seeds
  • a pinch of salt
  • 1 cup milk of choice

Toppings

  • Caramelized bananas
  • Raspberry chia jam
  • Peanut butter
  • Yogurt of choice

Preparation

  1. Combine all base ingredients in a jar and store in the fridge overnight.

  2. In the morning, enjoy cold or heat it up.

Topping

  1. Slice bananas and caramelize them in a pan with butter and sugar until golden.

  2. Make raspberry chia jam by mixing mashed raspberries with chia seeds and a sweetener, then let it set.

  3. Add peanut butter and yogurt as desired.
