Carrot Cake Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup gluten free old fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup of milk (I used oat milk)
  • 2 tsp maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup shredded carrot
  • 2 tbsp raisins
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tbsp vanilla protein (or 1/2 tsp vanilla extract)
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a jar or container with a lid.

  2. Shake well.

  3. Refrigerate overnight.

  4. In the morning, add desired toppings and eat cold.
