Carrot Cake Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup gluten free old fashioned rolled oats
- 1/2 cup of milk (I used oat milk)
- 2 tsp maple syrup
- 1/4 cup shredded carrot
- 2 tbsp raisins
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1 tbsp vanilla protein (or 1/2 tsp vanilla extract)
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
Preparation
Mix all ingredients together in a jar or container with a lid.
Shake well.
Refrigerate overnight.
In the morning, add desired toppings and eat cold.
