Creamy Stovetop Oats with Salted Peanut Butter and Caramelized Bananas
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup gluten free oats
- 1 tbsp chia seeds or 1 tbsp ground flax seeds (optional)
- Dashes of cinnamon
- A pinch of salt
- 1 scoop of protein of choice
- 1 cup milk of choice
Toppings
- Banana
- Raspberry
- Peanut butter
- Salt
Preparation
Stir all ingredients together in one pot.
Bring to almost a boil, then immediately turn down to simmer.
Stir frequently until thick and creamy.
Sear banana in a greased pan over medium heat for 30-45 seconds on one side only.
Top the oats with caramelized banana, raspberry, peanut butter, and a pinch of salt.
