Ingredients

  • Quick oats (gluten free if desired)
  • Almond milk (or milk of choice)
  • Chia seeds
  • Protein powder (vanilla flavored)
  • Greek yogurt
  • Banana

Optional additions

  • White chocolate chips
  • Maple syrup

Preparation

  1. Combine quick oats, almond milk, chia seeds, protein powder, and Greek yogurt in a container and mix well.

  2. Cover and refrigerate the mixture overnight.

  3. In the morning, stir the oats and top with sliced banana.
