Caramelized Banana Peanut Butter Oatmeal Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup GF rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 scoop protein powder of choice
  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • dashes of sea salt and cinnamon

Toppings

  • Caramelized banana
  • peanut butter
  • chocolate chips
  • sea salt

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a pot.

  2. Bring to a boil.

  3. Turn to simmer and continue to stir until thick and creamy.

Topping

  1. Caramelize banana slices in a pan with sugar or butter until golden
