Caramelized Banana Peanut Butter Oatmeal Bowl
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup GF rolled oats
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 scoop protein powder of choice
- 1 cup milk of choice
- dashes of sea salt and cinnamon
Toppings
- Caramelized banana
- peanut butter
- chocolate chips
- sea salt
Preparation
Mix all ingredients together in a pot.
Bring to a boil.
Turn to simmer and continue to stir until thick and creamy.
Topping
Caramelize banana slices in a pan with sugar or butter until golden
