Spiced Oatmeal Bowl with Kiwi and Chocolate

Ingredients

  • Rolled oats
  • 1/4 teaspoon cardamom
  • 1/4 teaspoon allspice
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 3/4 cup oat milk

Toppings

  • Golden kiwi rounds
  • Chocolate chips
  • Peanut butter

Preparation

  1. Pulse rolled oats in a food processor until fine but not quite flour.

  2. Combine the pulsed oats, 1/4 teaspoon cardamom, 1/4 teaspoon allspice, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, and 3/4 cup oat milk in a saucepan.

  3. Simmer slowly until desired consistency.

  4. Top with golden kiwi rounds, chocolate chips, and drizzle with peanut butter.
