Spiced Oatmeal Bowl with Kiwi and Chocolate
Ingredients
- Rolled oats
- 1/4 teaspoon cardamom
- 1/4 teaspoon allspice
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3/4 cup oat milk
Toppings
- Golden kiwi rounds
- Chocolate chips
- Peanut butter
Preparation
Pulse rolled oats in a food processor until fine but not quite flour.
Combine the pulsed oats, 1/4 teaspoon cardamom, 1/4 teaspoon allspice, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, and 3/4 cup oat milk in a saucepan.
Simmer slowly until desired consistency.
Top with golden kiwi rounds, chocolate chips, and drizzle with peanut butter.
