Creamy Pumpkin Spice Oatmeal Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup gluten-free rolled oats
  • 3 tbsp pumpkin purée
  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • 1 scoop protein powder of choice
  • 1 tsp pumpkin spice
  • 1-2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 pinch salt

Toppings

  • Caramelized banana
  • Chocolate chips
  • Caramel almond butter

Preparation

  1. Stir together the oats, pumpkin purée, milk, protein powder, pumpkin spice, maple syrup, and salt.

  2. Bring the mixture to a boil.

  3. Simmer and stir until it thickens up.

Topping prep

  1. Caramelize banana slices in a pan with butter and sugar until golden brown

  2. Add chocolate chips and a dollop of caramel almond butter on top.
