Creamy Pumpkin Spice Oatmeal Bowl
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup gluten-free rolled oats
- 3 tbsp pumpkin purée
- 1 cup milk of choice
- 1 scoop protein powder of choice
- 1 tsp pumpkin spice
- 1-2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 pinch salt
Toppings
- Caramelized banana
- Chocolate chips
- Caramel almond butter
Preparation
Stir together the oats, pumpkin purée, milk, protein powder, pumpkin spice, maple syrup, and salt.
Bring the mixture to a boil.
Simmer and stir until it thickens up.
Topping prep
Caramelize banana slices in a pan with butter and sugar until golden brown
Add chocolate chips and a dollop of caramel almond butter on top.
