Easy Stovetop Pumpkin Spice Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup gluten free rolled oats
  • 3 tbsp pumpkin purée
  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • 1 scoop of protein powder of choice (I used pea protein)
  • 1 tsp pumpkin spice
  • 1-2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 pinch of salt

Preparation

  1. Stir everything together.

  2. Bring it to a boil.

  3. Simmer and stir until it thickens up.
