Easy Stovetop Pumpkin Spice Oatmeal
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup gluten free rolled oats
- 3 tbsp pumpkin purée
- 1 cup milk of choice
- 1 scoop of protein powder of choice (I used pea protein)
- 1 tsp pumpkin spice
- 1-2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 pinch of salt
Preparation
Stir everything together.
Bring it to a boil.
Simmer and stir until it thickens up.
