Creamy Pumpkin Spice Oatmeal Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup gluten free rolled oats
  • 3 tbsp pumpkin purée
  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • 1 scoop of protein powder of choice
  • 1 tsp pumpkin spice

Toppings

  • siggisdairy pumpkin spice yogurt
  • dash of maple syrup
  • almond butter
  • pecans

Preparation

  1. Stir all ingredients together.

  2. Bring to a boil.

  3. Simmer and stir until it thickens up.

  4. Top with yogurt, maple syrup, almond butter, and pecans.
