Creamy Pumpkin Spice Oatmeal Bowl
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup gluten free rolled oats
- 3 tbsp pumpkin purée
- 1 cup milk of choice
- 1 scoop of protein powder of choice
- 1 tsp pumpkin spice
Toppings
- siggisdairy pumpkin spice yogurt
- dash of maple syrup
- almond butter
- pecans
Preparation
Stir all ingredients together.
Bring to a boil.
Simmer and stir until it thickens up.
Top with yogurt, maple syrup, almond butter, and pecans.
