Creamy Vegan Pumpkin Chia Pudding Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin purée
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 2 tsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp Pumpkin Spice or cinnamon
  • Pinch Sea Salt

Preparation

  1. Mix everything in a jar and let it sit overnight in the fridge.
