Delicious Pumpkin Chia Pudding with Figs and Yogurt

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup malk organics
  • 1/3 cup coconut milk
  • 3 tablespoons pumpkin puree
  • 2 teaspoons pumpkin spice
  • 1 tablespoon agave nectar, honey, or maple syrup
  • 1/3 cup chia seeds
  • figs
  • plain yogurt

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, mix 1/2 cup malk organics, 1/3 cup coconut milk, 3 tablespoons pumpkin puree, 2 teaspoons pumpkin spice, and 1 tablespoon of agave nectar, honey, or maple syrup.

  2. Add 1/3 cup chia seeds and mix well.

  3. Let the mixture set in the fridge overnight or for at least 2-3 hours.

  4. To serve, start with a layer of the chia pudding in a glass.

  5. Place some figs around the glass.

  6. Add a layer of plain yogurt.

  7. Add another layer of chia pudding.

  8. Top with pumpkin spice nutsola.

  9. Enjoy!
