Delicious Pumpkin Chia Pudding with Figs and Yogurt
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup malk organics
- 1/3 cup coconut milk
- 3 tablespoons pumpkin puree
- 2 teaspoons pumpkin spice
- 1 tablespoon agave nectar, honey, or maple syrup
- 1/3 cup chia seeds
- figs
- plain yogurt
Preparation
In a bowl, mix 1/2 cup malk organics, 1/3 cup coconut milk, 3 tablespoons pumpkin puree, 2 teaspoons pumpkin spice, and 1 tablespoon of agave nectar, honey, or maple syrup.
Add 1/3 cup chia seeds and mix well.
Let the mixture set in the fridge overnight or for at least 2-3 hours.
To serve, start with a layer of the chia pudding in a glass.
Place some figs around the glass.
Add a layer of plain yogurt.
Add another layer of chia pudding.
Top with pumpkin spice nutsola.
