Kiwi Chia Pudding Popsicles

Ingredients

  • 4 tbsps chia seeds
  • 150 ml coconut milk
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 4 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 3 kiwis, peeled

Preparation

  1. In a small saucepan, add chia seeds, coconut milk, almond milk, and maple syrup. Heat on low to medium heat while stirring well. Let it cool for 20 minutes.

  2. Place sliced kiwis in popsicle molds and use a spoon to press them to the sides of the mold.

  3. Gently pour the liquid mixture into the popsicle molds, insert wooden popsicle sticks, and freeze for at least 3-4 hours until the popsicles are solid. Then enjoy.
