Unicorn Chia Pudding and Yogurt Parfaits

Ingredients

  • 400g vegan yogurt with mango flavor
  • 100ml plant-based milk
  • 100g chia seeds

Unicorn layers

  • 250g vegan yogurt with vanilla flavor
  • 1/2-1 tsp Unicorn Superfoods Beetroot Powder
  • 250g vegan yogurt with vanilla flavor
  • 1/2-1 tsp Unicorn Superfoods Blue Spirulina
  • 250g vegan yogurt with vanilla flavor
  • 1/2-1 tsp Unicorn Superfoods Matcha

Toppings

  • Raspberries
  • Granola

Preparation

  1. Mix the chia pudding ingredients and place into 3 jars and then store in the fridge at least for 2 hours before serving.

  2. Mix 250g vegan yogurt with vanilla flavor and 1/2-1 tsp Unicorn Superfoods Beetroot Powder.

  3. Mix 250g vegan yogurt with vanilla flavor and 1/2-1 tsp Unicorn Superfoods Blue Spirulina.

  4. Mix 250g vegan yogurt with vanilla flavor and 1/2-1 tsp Unicorn Superfoods Matcha.

  5. Top the chia jars with each unicorn colored layer.

  6. Add raspberries and granola and enjoy.
