Unicorn Chia Pudding and Yogurt Parfaits
Ingredients
- 400g vegan yogurt with mango flavor
- 100ml plant-based milk
- 100g chia seeds
Unicorn layers
- 250g vegan yogurt with vanilla flavor
- 1/2-1 tsp Unicorn Superfoods Beetroot Powder
- 250g vegan yogurt with vanilla flavor
- 1/2-1 tsp Unicorn Superfoods Blue Spirulina
- 250g vegan yogurt with vanilla flavor
- 1/2-1 tsp Unicorn Superfoods Matcha
Toppings
- Raspberries
- Granola
Preparation
Mix the chia pudding ingredients and place into 3 jars and then store in the fridge at least for 2 hours before serving.
Mix 250g vegan yogurt with vanilla flavor and 1/2-1 tsp Unicorn Superfoods Beetroot Powder.
Mix 250g vegan yogurt with vanilla flavor and 1/2-1 tsp Unicorn Superfoods Blue Spirulina.
Mix 250g vegan yogurt with vanilla flavor and 1/2-1 tsp Unicorn Superfoods Matcha.
Top the chia jars with each unicorn colored layer.
Add raspberries and granola and enjoy.
