Overnight Oats - Chia Pudding - Yogurt Parfait
Ingredients
- 45 g fine oat flakes
- 1 tsp blue spirulina powder
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- sweetener of choice ? 100 ml plant-based milk
- for the chia pudding layer:
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 8 tbsp plant-based milk
- 1/2 tsp blue spirulina powder
