Vegan Chia Berry Coconut Jelly
Ingredients
- 250ml coconut milk
- Favorite berries (such as raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, kiwi berries)
- 1 tablespoon agar flakes or vegan gelatine
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 1-2 tablespoons agave nectar or sweetener
Preparation
Heat 250ml of coconut milk on low heat.
Chop up your favorite berries.
Place the berries in little bowls.
Without letting the milk boil, add 1 tablespoon agar flakes or vegan gelatine leaves.
Add 1 tablespoon chia seeds.
Add 1 teaspoon vanilla essence.
Add 1-2 tablespoons agave nectar or your favorite sweetener.
Let the milk cool down for 2 minutes and pour onto the fruit bowls.
Chill in the fridge to solidify.
