Vegan Pumpkin Spice Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- good for meal prep!
- pumpkin spice overnight oats:
- 1/2 cup pumpkin purée;
- 1/2 cup coconut milk;
- 1/4 cup oats;
- 1 tbsp chia seeds;
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon;
- 1/2 tsp pumpkin spice;
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract;
- pinch of sea salt;
Preparation
Put all ingredients into a jar
Next morning you can eat as it is or heat it up on a saucepan on a medium heat and stir until warm up
Add a bit more liquid if needed it
Top with fresh fruits, nuts, bee pollen and/or shredded coconut
