Creamy Pumpkin Spice Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup gluten free oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin spice
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin purée
  • dashes of sea salt
  • 1 cup nut milk

Toppings

  • Caramelized banana
  • pumpkin almond butter
  • maple syrup
  • pumpkin seeds
  • cinnamon

Preparation

  1. Soak the ingredients overnight.

  2. In the morning, heat it up or eat it cold.

  3. Add the toppings before serving.
