Immune Boosting Golden Milk Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds or ground flax seeds
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • dashes of cardamom
  • ground ginger
  • a pinch of salt
  • cayenne pepper
  • 1 cup coconut milk

Toppings

  • Banana
  • frozen raspberry
  • almond butter
  • cinnamon
  • pumpkin seeds
  • flakes

Preparation

  1. Combine all the soak overnight ingredients in a container and let them soak overnight.

  2. In the morning, heat the mixture or eat it cold.
