Immune Boosting Golden Milk Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup gluten free oats
- 1 tbsp chia seeds or ground flax seeds
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- dashes of cardamom
- ground ginger
- a pinch of salt
- cayenne pepper
- 1 cup coconut milk
Toppings
- Banana
- frozen raspberry
- almond butter
- cinnamon
- pumpkin seeds
- flakes
Preparation
Combine all the soak overnight ingredients in a container and let them soak overnight.
In the morning, heat the mixture or eat it cold.
Add the desired toppings before serving.
