Lemon Lavender Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup gluten free oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds and/or 1 tbsp ground flax seeds
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • a pinch of salt
  • 1 cup milk of choice

Toppings

  • siggisdairy lavender yogurt
  • banana
  • blueberry
  • almond butter
  • granola
  • lemon zest

Preparation

  1. Combine the oats, chia seeds, flax seeds, cinnamon, salt, and milk in a container and soak overnight.

  2. In the morning, heat the mixture or eat it cold as preferred.

  3. Add the toppings before serving.
