Lemon Lavender Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup gluten free oats
- 1 tbsp chia seeds and/or 1 tbsp ground flax seeds
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- a pinch of salt
- 1 cup milk of choice
Toppings
- siggisdairy lavender yogurt
- banana
- blueberry
- almond butter
- granola
- lemon zest
Preparation
Combine the oats, chia seeds, flax seeds, cinnamon, salt, and milk in a container and soak overnight.
In the morning, heat the mixture or eat it cold as preferred.
Add the toppings before serving.
