Chocolate Oats with Salted Peanut Butter and Caramelized Banana
Ingredients
Stove top oats
- 1/2 cup gluten free oats
- 1 tbsp chia seeds or/and 1 tbsp ground flax seeds (optional)
- 1 heaping scoop of cacao powder
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon + a pinch of SALT
- 1 scoop of protein of choice (i used pea protein which thickens it even more)
- 1 cup milk of choice
Toppings
- Caramelized Banana
- raspberry
- peanut butter
- cinnamon
Preparation
Oats
Stir all ingredients together in one pot.
Bring to almost boil, immediately turn down to simmer.
Stir frequently until thick and creamy.

Caramelize banana slices in a pan with sugar and butter until golden
