Salted Peanut ? Butter Chocolate Oatmeal Bowl
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup gluten free oats
- - 1 tbsp chia seeds or/and 1 tbsp ground flax seeds (optional)
- - 1/2 tsp cinnamon + a pinch of SALT ?
- - 1 scoop of protein of choice (i used chocolate flavored pea protein which thickens it even more ??)
- - 2 tbsp cacao powder (if you aren’t using ? protein)
- - 1 cup milk ?of choice
Preparation
Stir everything together in one pot. Bring to almost boil, immediately turn down to simmer, stir frequently until thick and creamy
Toppings
Banana? + ? blueberries + peanut ? butter + cinnamon + sea salt
