Salted Peanut ? Butter Chocolate Oatmeal Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup gluten free oats
  • - 1 tbsp chia seeds or/and 1 tbsp ground flax seeds (optional)
  • - 1/2 tsp cinnamon + a pinch of SALT ?
  • - 1 scoop of protein of choice (i used chocolate flavored pea protein which thickens it even more ??)
  • - 2 tbsp cacao powder (if you aren’t using ? protein)
  • - 1 cup milk ?of choice

Preparation

  1. Stir everything together in one pot. Bring to almost boil, immediately turn down to simmer, stir frequently until thick and creamy

  2. Toppings

  3. Banana? + ? blueberries + peanut ? butter + cinnamon + sea salt
